Ishmael and the Return of the Dugongs

Ishmael and the Return of the Dugongs is a book about a 15 year old boy who has a crush on a girl he met, called Kelly Faulkner (see Don't call me Ishmael !). Aided by his friend, Raza, who has a "Wicked Plan", he tries to find a way to make her "fall" for him.but aside from that, they must win the Debating comp. and when the Dugongs return, well I guess you'll just have to read it to find out !
